HR Manager £40,000 - £45,000 + Benefits Lisburn Do you have a Level 5 CIPD qualification or are working towards it? Are you looking for a new role where you can make your mark in a growing organisation? This is a newly created role and as the HR Manager, you will play an integral role in cultivating the company culture, growing the company operations whilst providing HR support alongside the existing management team, to the organisation's 300 employees. You will be spearheading the HR strategy and ensuring the effective management of the HR operations across all 3 sites, responsible for developing and improving HR policies, managing employee relations, and providing strategic advice to senior management. About the Role: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure the organisation attracts and retains top talent. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system. Maintain pay plan and benefits program. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. About you: Broad knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and interact effectively with employees at all levels. Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism, always discrete and respecting the confidential nature of the HR role. CIPD Level 5 certification, or are working towards it. Bachelor's degree in human resources, or a related field is a plus.
