Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Aston, Birmingham

Start Date: September 2024

Salary: �15.00 - �19.00 per hour (dependent on experience)

Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm or 8:30am - 4:30pm

T4S Education is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join a reputable secondary school in Aston, Birmingham. This role is set to commence in September 2024 and will be temporary with the potential to become permanent, though this is not guaranteed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the HR functions of the school


• Provide strategic HR support to the school leadership team


• Handle recruitment, employee relations, and performance management


• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures


• Manage HR records and databases


• Mange a team of HR Administrators

Requirements:

• Proven HR management experience within a school environment (applicants without school experience will be considered)


• Readily available from September or approaching the end of a current contract


• Ideally hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification


• Strong organisational and communication skills
