SF are delighted to be working with a fantastic engineering business who are on the look out for their first HR team member.
This role is the ideal stand alone HR Manager role who will have full support from the Finance Director. We are looking for someone who essentially can go full 360 HR from onboarding up to policy improvements and benefits implementation. This role needs someone who can come in and hit the ground running, someone who is collaborative and competent that is able to build a strong HR function from the base that is currently in place.
Ideally you will have experience in a similar level of role, industry experience is a bonus but not essential along with;
- Be able to identify trends and have commercial awareness when it comes to headcount and resourcing.
- Experience with putting a benefits package in place and managing holiday calendars.
- Supporting and guiding line management across sites.
- Identifying gaps for improvement and various implementations experience / knowledge.
- Hold CIPD 5 or 7 or be a strong QBE (qualified by experience)
This role is looking up to £60K depending on experience and is an office based role in Ross-on-Wye - with potential of flexibility once settled in but ideally someone who is able and happy to go into the office full time.
The day-to-day for this role will be ever-changing and will be looking at everything step by step so we need someone proactive and flexible to changes to embrace and make this role their own.
