We're searching for an enterprising and proactive HR Manager to lead a dedicated HR team in Kettering.   • £39,000 - £46,000

  • Monday to Friday, 37 hrs per week

  • 27 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays and Christmas closure

  • Lead and Inspire: Manage a small, high-performing HR team, driving them to deliver exceptional service and exceeding SLAs. Be the mentor and role model they need to succeed.

  • Make a Difference: Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation, providing expert HR guidance and contributing to a thriving workplace.

  • Be a Strategic Partner: Work closely with the Group Heads of HR, contributing to the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and procedures.

  • Tackle Exciting Challenges: From complex employee relations cases to TUPE transfers, you'll be overseeing the action, providing expert advice and solutions.

  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Champion best practices, enhance HR processes, and support the implementation of the annual pay review.

  • Shape the Future: Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment where everyone can thrive.





What You'll Bring:




  • Proven experience in HR management, with a passion for developing, motivating and leading a small HR team

  • CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent)

  • Comprehensive knowledge of employee relations cases to tribunal level and practical experience

  • Extensive experience in a similar fast-paced generalist HR role with people management responsibilities

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

  • English and Maths GCSE (A-C) or equivalent

  • A proactive and results-oriented approach

  • A passion for education and making a difference

  • Sound understanding of Equal Opportunities and GDPR legislation
