We are partnering with a rapidly growing organisation to find an experienced HR Manager to join the leadership team. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll lead HR strategy, talent management, employee relations, and compliance to drive business growth and create a thriving workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies
Drive performance management and employee development programs
Lead employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work culture
Ensure compliance with UK employment law and HR best practices
About You:
8+ years' experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner
Strong HR generalist skills in talent management, performance, and compliance
Experience in industries such as IT, Software, Energy, Science, Engineering, or similar Technology industry preferred.
Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders
