Executive Assistant



Location: Central Oxford

Salary: �33,000 - �40,000 per annum



We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to the Head to provide confidential administrative support in a fast-paced and professional environment. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.



Key Responsibilities:





  • Provide confidential administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team.




  • Manage diaries, emails, and correspondence for senior staff, ensuring efficient scheduling.




  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.




  • Assist with document preparation, marketing communications, and event planning.




  • Support HR functions, including recruitment, maintaining staff records, DBS checks, and payroll administration.




  • Ensure compliance with safer recruitment and data protection policies.




  • Liaise with key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication across the business.




  • Draft offer letters, contract changes, and other employment-related documents.





About You:





  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.




  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.




  • Proven experience in diary management and executive support.




  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.




  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and administrative systems.
