Jackson Hogg are currently supporting a manufacturing business based in Newton Ayecliffe with the appointment of HR Officer on a temporary basis up to 6 months. This is a full time fully office-based position.

You will be supporting the wider HR Team and business with project based as well as reactive HR concerns.

Key Responsibilities:




  • Updating the employee handbook

  • Creating and updating current policies and procedures

  • Salary benchmarking

  • Reviewing and updating company benefits

  • Sexual harassment training

  • Updating the current appraisal scheme

  • Transactional HR



We are looking to speak with candidates who are immediately available who currently hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification. You must be well organised with good communication skills both written and verbal.
