HR Officer Term-Time
Location : Cambridgeshire
Salary: £23,275.88 - £26,232.39 per annum
Hours : 40 hours per week, term time plus 10 days (Part time hours considered upon request)

The Role
The Trust have an exciting opportunity to join their Core HR team as a field-based HR Officer. This key role will provide professional advice and support to an agreed hub of schools within a geographical area, this role is working in the Cambridgeshire hub of schools. This will include supporting HR colleagues with basic training, supporting with recruitment where needed, and general support with HR transactional work. The post holder will support HR colleagues in schools in carrying out their day-to-day HR tasks.

Strong and demonstrable administration skills
Willingness to undergo further training and development
Positive and enthusiastic approach
Previous experience in HR Administration
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Driving License and reliable access to a vehicle
