Theo James Recruitment are excited to be working with a Tier 1 automotive company on their search for a HR Officer. They are a global automotive supplier that create a variety of solutions that have big growth plans due to recent business moves and success.

Job Description:

You will be responsible for managing day to day HR operations, answering HR queries from employees and assisting in the development of the company's HR presence on site.

Skills & experience:

• CIPD level 3 or equivalent


• Experience working within the HR function in a fast-paced manufacturing environment


• Ability to coach and train other employees


• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels


• Assertive personality, ability to challenge decision makers on choices with impact to the company
