Job Title: HR Officer Location: Dungannon district Department: Human Resources Reports To: Financial Controller Park Recruit are delighted to be recruiting exclusively for our client, a hugely successful services provider in the electrical industry, in the appointment of a HR Advisor / Officer. Due to exponential growth, this client requires a permanent HR presence in the business. This is a newly created role which will be responsible for all areas of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and training. This is an excellent opportunity for a career driven individual who wants to progress in their career and grow with the business, so someone who is strategic in their methodology is preferred. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage job postings, interviews, and new hire processes. Employee Relations: Address HR queries, support conflict resolution, and oversee disciplinary and grievance procedures. Performance Management: Facilitate appraisals and maintain performance records. HR Administration: Maintain records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance. Compliance & Policies: Advise on policies, ensuring legal and regulatory adherence. Training & Development: Coordinate training programs and track progress. Payroll & Benefits: Assist with payroll, benefits, and employee queries. Requirements: HR-related degree with a minimum of 3 years experience working within a HR Advisor / Officer capacity. HR experience and knowledge of labour laws. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems. CIPD qualification (advantageous).. Hours of work:Mon Thurs: 8:30am 5pm, Fri: 8:30am 2:30pm Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 negotiable depending on experience.
