We are looking for an People Operations Manager for a 6 month FTC, to oversee the effective operation and continuous enhancement of the People Operations Team. In this role, you will lead a team of People Administrators in providing exceptional transactional and business support services throughout the entire employee life cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in People Operations, working collaboratively with peers and stakeholders to create and deliver effective People Services.
- Regularly assess People processes to ensure they are appropriate and contribute to the successful implementation of people projects, including future system integrations.
- Identify areas for process improvement and enhanced service delivery, partnering with colleagues to implement necessary changes.
- Track trends and metrics to foster continuous improvement and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
- Oversee a team of 3 People Administrators, ensuring equitable workload distribution, effective capacity management, and compliance with excellence standards in their daily tasks.
- Work closely with colleagues in the People Services Team, the broader People Team, and external partners (e.g., Payroll and IT) to ensure smooth execution of processes and projects.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in People Operations or management.
- Strong leadership abilities with a talent for motivating and developing team members.
- Comprehensive understanding of HR processes and employee life-cycle management.
