*The Role:*
ArvatoConnect is looking for a Live Service Application Specialist to join our dynamic team. You will provide crucial functional and service management support across SAP and ABW systems, ensuring effective resolution of HR and Payroll-related queries.

This is a hybrid role that requires a minimum of 2 days of onsite presence at our Swansea office each week, with Wednesday being a mandatory day.

*Responsibilities: *
* Handle SAP and HR/Payroll queries via phone and email.
* Manage and resolve service tickets, aiming to meet SLA targets.
* Work towards team accuracy targets for responses and resolutions.
* Maintenance/support of ERP related application interfaces, batch processes and middleware as required.
* Work with the Application Team Lead, Application Configuration Specialists and Team Manager(s) to implement new ways of work and drive continuous improvement.
* Maintenance of up-to-date call and problem records in the appropriate service management system.
*Skills & Experience required:*
* Working knowledge and experience of business processes associated with HR and Payroll.
* In-depth operational knowledge of Shared Service Centres.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to impact ideas in both technical and non-technical language.
* Ability to adopt new technical skills to meet the ICT function's demands.
* Ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
* Highly self-motivated and direct with keen attention to detail.
*Desirable but not essential:*
* ERP configuration knowledge and experience in one of the following areas: SAP/ABW/Concur/Success factors.
