What You Will Do:

• Provide comprehensive payroll support using ADP systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Handle general administrative tasks within the HR department, contributing to its smooth operation.
• Assist in the final steps of the restructure/closure of a company site, ensuring a seamless transition.
• Offer consistent support during the absence of team members, maintaining departmental productivity.
• Engage with various stakeholders to ensure HR services are delivered effectively and efficiently.
• Contribute to projects and initiatives that enhance HR and payroll processes.

What You Will Bring:

• Proven experience in HR and payroll administration, ideally with knowledge of ADP systems.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
