HR Project ManagerHybrid role6 month contract£500 - £550 per dayMy Global Engineering Client is looking for a HR Project Manager who will play a major role in leading and transforming various aspects of the business to achieve strategic goals and operational excellence.You will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring projects that involve organizational changes and cross-functional collaboration.Role ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones and resource allocation.Work alongside the Finance Partner TMO for the development of Functional Business Case ProposalsIdentify potential risks, develop risk mitigation plans, and manage issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.Maintain a proactive approach to identifying and addressing obstacles that could impact project success.Engage and collaborate with senior leadership, regional HR teams, legal advisors, and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth project executionPlan, coordinate, and execute initiativeWork with the change management team to develop and implement change management strategies to ensure employee engagement and minimize disruption during transitionsEnsure all activities comply with local labour laws, regulations, and company policies. Identify and mitigate potential risksSkills & ExperienceStrong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive resultsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levelsProven experience as a Project Manager, preferably with a focus on business transformation initiatives in a global organisation.Experience working in a global environment, understanding of cross-cultural differences, and ability to manage projects across multiple regionsGood relationship management skills and stakeholder engagement with an ability to develop strong professional relationships with a variety of stakeholders and comfortable interfacing at all levels
