Job Title:HR & Recruitment Coordinator Department:Human Resources Reports To:Group HR Manager Location:Aghalee Our Ideal Person As the HR & Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the success of our company by managing aspects of the recruitment process and supporting our HR department. Our ideal person is approachable, organised, and genuinely enjoys helping others. Ideally, you will have a couple of years of relevant experience in similar roles. Duties and Responsibilities Support the Group HR Manager in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the company Screen CVs and conduct initial phone / Teams interviews to identify qualified candidates Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure a positive candidate experience Conduct reference checks and background screenings for potential hires Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including paperwork, orientation, and training Participate in job fairs and other recruiting events to promote the company and attract top talent Assist with employee relations, including minute taking Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases Collaborate with the Group HR Manager to develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the overall employee experience Knowledge, skills and experience 2-3 years of experience in recruitment and/or HR Strong understanding of recruitment and selection techniques and best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software programs Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to deal sensitively and appropriately with confidential information Positive attitude and a team player mentality We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for growth and development within the company.
