We have a great opportunity for a HR Reporting Analyst to work in the HR department in Hoddesdon. The HR analyst is responsible for producing workforce metrics and people analytics, as well as advising on any relevant additions/amendments to reports presented to management.

You will be the go-to person for HR data and people analytics to help support business initiatives, process improvements and, where necessary, present data and insights to HR representatives and senior leadership teams.

This role is a 12 month FTC Maternity cover. We would look at full time or part time applicants.

About you

Aptitude in data analysis, reporting and data visualisation.
Exceptional skills in Excel and data manipulation.
Experience of working with HR systems is desirable.
Ability to prioritise and able to work to competing priorities and deadlines.
Able to work with structured and unstructured data.
Ability to turn data into intelligence, insights and analysis.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Superb attention to detail.
Exceptional organisational skills.
Able to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
Self-motivated, proactive, adaptable, and able to apply initiative to work.
