Job Brief:





A well-established business and leader in their field, based in Castle Donington are looking for a HR Services Analyst how is passionate about HR Systems. �As a key player in the HR Services team, the HR Services Analyst will have the opportunity to become the go-to expert on the current HR systems, helping to drive efficiency and improvements.





In this role you will be an integral part of the HR Services team, becoming the day-to-day superuser for existing HR systems and processes, and providing First-line support via the ticket system. ��Having dealt with HR systems and data before, you will be able to suggest developments and improvements to our current systems, data and insights reporting.





Duties include:






  • Being the superuser for developing existing HR systems and providing accurate people data and insights

  • Responsible for creating answers to FAQs and guides on HR Ticket system

  • Focus on the development and maintenance of existing systems

  • Maintain existing integrations and troubleshoot any issues that arise

  • Provides accurate monthly KPI and other data to various stakeholders including Central HR, HRBPs and Finance

  • Supports reward processes by loading in bulk pay data for annual pay review

  • Deal with queries around pay and benefits, informally by providing the relevant information needed

  • Acts as back-up to HR Coordinator to cover absence for vendors, POs and invoices

  • Ensures that systems and data are compliant with GDPR





The HR Systems Analyst will have a strong systems/analyst background along with advanced Excel skills. You will be an enthusiastic, positive and self-motivated team-player. You must have knowledge and experience in HR Systems.





In return you will be offered a salary of �33,000 - �35,000 depending on experience. Working hours are Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 5:00pm and 4:00pm finish on Fridays plus 27 days holidays and bank holidays.
