Are you an experienced HR Specialist, looking for a new and exciting opportunity?
Baltic Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Permanent HR Specialist, working for a highly reputable client located in Stokesley, Middlesbrough. Joining our client at an exciting time, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone to work as part of an International HR group supporting all entities in the UK.

HR Specialist Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive HR support in relation to the full employment cycle, starting with the onboarding process and immigration and work permit requirements.
With sound knowledge and proven application of employment law you will assist the Company in delivering a wide range of HR activities and employment terms for all entities in the UK.
As part of an international HR team, you will be involved in local and international HR related projects including immigration and work permit applications, assisting with the delivery of the new HR Strategy, Recruitment and Selection, Health and Wellbeing, Employability, Employer Branding.
