HR) Support Officer

We are looking for a RAMP (HR) Support Officer to work with a Local Police Force to support their HR team with processing applications and queries relating to their ‘Reasonable Adjustment Management Process’. 

Job requirements include, but are not limited to:

-    Manage a backlog list of applications relating to “workplace needs” or “display screen equipment”

-    Make referrals of cases that need to be escalated 

-    Ensure line managers and other members of staff have access to relevant information on conditions that may need support

Candidate requirements: 

-    Excellent IT knowledge (including PowerPoint and Outlook)

-    Generalist HR experience
