Are you working within a HR/People services function and familiar with the HR lifecycle and processes? Do you have practical knowledge and experience of administering HR systems and software? Can you extract, analyse and evaluate data to support business improvement?
We are looking for an experienced HR Systems and People Data Analyst to maintain and improve HR systems, ensuring we deliver service excellence and key business objectives. In this newly created position, you will support with organisational transformation by identifying operational efficiencies, improving employee experience, and enabling evidence-based decision making through data analysis.

This opportunity is offered as a full time (35 hours Monday to Friday), permanent position, based in Stratford-upon-Avon, with flexible and hybrid working available. We can also consider the role on a part-time basis which would be 3 days per week either fully remote or hybrid.
