Job Description
As a management consultant and digital strategist in the realm of HR value chain, you will play a pivotal role in our CHRO Advisory with the LTIMindtree Consulting team. You will collaborate with Senior Leadership and various departments to drive digital HR strategies that align with organisational goals.
Key responsibilities:
Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement comprehensive HR transformation, people analytics strategies.
Provide Expert insights and strategic recommendations on all aspect of HR Programs
Execute strategic HR consulting projects aligned with client requirements.
Oversee the selection and deployment of HR technologies, ensuring they are integrated effectively and enhance HR operations.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate successful HR transformations.
Utilize data analytics to monitor the effectiveness of HR strategies and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Lead Strategy workshops, roundtable sessions and thought leadership discussions with clients and colleagues providing valuable insights and facilitating strategic decision-making opportunities across all stakeholders.
Prepare sales proposals, active participation in sales pitches and client per sales meetings.
Assist in Business development opportunities to generate new bookings and revenue.
What you need to have:
Relevant HR consulting experience with comprehensive knowledge on HR value chain.
Ability to deliver and drive strategy related conversations across all stakeholders and at all levels.
Negotiation Skills and proven relationship building skills.
Solid technical, product and process knowledge in HR space.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills.
Strong financial and commercial acumen
Ability to deliver in high pressure and fast paced environment.
