HR Transformation Manager - Workday
A HR Transformation Manager is required by Whitehall Resources for our consulting client. This is a permanent role and will offer a flexible working approach between home and client site.
The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding and supporting clients through the deployment of new technology. This role is a blend of stakeholder and project management, solution and process design and change management with a focus on supporting Payroll teams and the wider business through their transformation journey.
Do you have?
Background working in digital HR Transformations?
Experience in transformation projects involving Employee details, global mobility, contingent workers?
Experience working with Workday?
Experience working for governmental organisations (desirable)?
The ability to partner with HR stakeholders to analyse, design, and implement HR processes?
Excellent customer-facing skills?
