Health and Safety Manager

Salary: �40,000 - 60,000 dependant on experience

Eleven have been retained to find�a dedicated Health and Safety Manager to oversee all HSE matters across our clients' internal and external industrial manufacturing sites.
�
Position Overview:
As Health and Safety Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing, auditing, and facilitating all HSE matters.�Based primarily in Staffordshire, with occasional UK-wide travel, you will collaborate with managers, supervisors, and employees at all levels to enhance our HSE culture and ensure compliance with UK legislation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, monitor, and report on HSE performance, including monthly statistics.
- Coordinate risk assessments and implement risk reduction measures.
- Conduct HSE audits, prepare action plans, and track progress (ISO).
�
Person Requirements:
- Hold a NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent in Health and Safety.
- Possess extensive HSE experience within process manufacturing or heavy industry.
- Experience with ISO accreditation audits and assessments.
