HSEQ Manager

Oxfordshire

£30,000 - 40,000

Working hours: 8am to 5:30 (Monday - Thursday) 4:30 on Friday

Our client is a growing engineering design and manufacturing family run business. They provide custom components for leading companies in industries such as Agriculture, Construction and Marine. They are currently looking for an experienced HSEQ Manager to oversee all Health, Safety, Environment and Quality processes.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with ISO9001:2015 standards and Health and Safety Regulations.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer audits and external assessments.
  • Develop and implement procedures to monitor the performance of the QMS, manage internal audits and process safety incidents.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on both quality and health safety matters.

Experience and Skills:

  • Experience of working in a Quality led environment.
  • Experience of a manufacturing /production environment ideally engineering.
  • In depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards or a keen willingness to learn.
  • Certification of quality control is a strong advantage (ISO 9000 etc.).
