Description
The HSEQ Manager will:
- Develop and implement HSEQ strategy aligning with company objectives
- Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, environmental and quality regulations
- Influence and drive a positive HSEQ culture across site
- Provide guidance on all HSEQ matters to all personnel within the company
- Conduct risk assessments and implement preventative measures
- Lead internal audits, identify areas of improvement, and provide solutions
- Develop HSEQ training materials and deliver training to staff
- Compile and present HSEQ reports to senior management
- Act as the main point of contact for any HSEQ related incidents or emergencies
Profile
The successful HSEQ Manager will posses a range of the following:
- Professional qualifications in Health and Safety such as NEBOSH or equivalent (Diploma preferred)
- Proven experience in a similar role within a fast paced industrial manufacturing environment
- Experience managing HSEQ across workplace transport
- Excellent knowledge of relevant HSEQ regulations and guidelines
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- The ability to positively influence HSEQ culture across all levels of the organisation
- A hands on approach with excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in risk assessments and incident management
- Experience in developing and delivering HSEQ training
- Proficient in using HSEQ reporting tools and software
