Role: HR Administrator Location: Coleraine, Northern Ireland Contract: Permanent Salary - Negotiable Job Summary An exciting new vacancy has arisen within the HR team of my client, a leading provider in the food service industry. They seek an experienced HR professional, who will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR administrative support, and assisting with all aspects of the HR function. While previous HR experience is preferred, prior experience in administration is essential. Role Responsibilities: Maintain multiple HR tracking spreadsheets, ensuring accurate and timely data entry. Provide support in employee relations meetings, including drafting invitation letters and taking minutes. Organise inductions for new employees. Assist with the upkeep of the HR Management Software (PAMS). Create staff identification cards for all employees. Assist with absence management, including care calls and communicating relevant information to line managers. Skills and Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of HR administration experience. Full UK driving licence. Proficient in IT skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organisational skills.
