Our client, a Top 100 legal firm, is seeking a HR Advisor to join their team on a 12-month FTC to cover a period of maternity leave. Working within a wider HR team of 8 and reporting into the HR Director, the HR Advisor will partner with one of the divisions within the firm to provide Generalist HR advice and support to managers, as well supporting on the delivery of business plans. Requirements: CIPD Level 5 or equivalent demonstrable experience 2 years experience at Advisory level Strong knowledge of employment law and HR processes & procedures Proficient in data analysis and reporting to inform HR strategies and decision making Experience using an HRIS Excellent stakeholder management skills Key Responsibilities: Partner with the relevant business unit to provide a consultative advisory service to managers and staff Provide advice and guidance on ER matters Manage employee benefits and wellbeing initiatives Review and update policies and procedures Produce reports on key HR data to inform decision making Work alongside the recruitment manager and L&D Advisor Support with projects as required Package: Salary: Between £35,000 - £40,000 DOE Hybrid working (2/3 days in office) 25 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays and Christmas allowance of 1.5 days Ability to buy and sell 1 weeks worth of annual leave per year Life assurance Healthcare cash plan 4% matched pension contribution Discounted conveyancing feed Employee assistance programme Cycle to work scheme Referral bonus scheme If this role is of interest to you, please do pop me a message or email me with your CV: emily.iliffevpalondon.co.uk
