p strong Are you an experienced HR Advisor open to starting immediately? /strong /p p br br Interested in this role You can find all the relevant information in the description below. br /p p We are currently working with a well known Retail brand based in West London, currently hiring for a interim HR Advisor to join the team to support on coaching managers, HR advisory support, employee lifecycle administration and talent acquisition where required. /p p br /p p This role offers hybrid working - 4 days in office and 1 day from home. With the number of exciting projects going on, there could be the opportunity to extend. /p p br /p p Initial duration of contract is 3 months+. /p p br /p p strong u Duties and responsibilities: /u /strong /p ul li Acting as a trusted advisor to Managers and employees /li li Coaching managers on how to overcome people challenges /li li Supporting with talent attraction and acquisition across the business /li li Advising the business on employment law and policy /li li Being the main point of contract for Employee Lifecycle related queries /li /ul
