The Role
As an HR Advisor you will play an essential part of the Advisory team, providing support for the fee earning and trainee population.
Role duties:
Run employee relations cases for your client groups
Compensation and Benefits
Supporting with the annual pay review
Mentor the HR administrator
Help drive business performance
Working closely with the Reward team regarding renumeration process
Partner with your client groups on their business plans and agendas
