They offer a great working environment and are now looking for a quick start HR & Talent Advisor.Reporting into the Head of Finance and the wider senior management team. The main focus of the role is to support the agency with talent recruitment, HR relations and payroll administration.HR & Talent Advisor Responsibilities Hiring VFX / Post-Production crew and Support / Leadership staff by posting job advertsContacting and responding to candidates and setting up interviews with the Head of Departments.Administrative tasks (sending letters - promotions etc.), onboarding (sending offers and contracts) and off-boardingManaging employee benefits, processing payrollManaging the People HR Portal and advising management on employee relations and management issuesCreate, implement and administer employee policies and procedures.What Success Looks Like Confident and competent communicatorAbility to take the lead and drive HR processesHappy to voice opinionsNavigate challenging Employee conversations/meetingsBe great with people, and problem-solve whilst also being organised in a busy environmentKey Requirements for HR & Talent Advisor Preparing payroll or executing the whole process (including pensions)Extensive knowledge of human resources and employment lawExperience with complex Employee Relation casesStrong knowledge of the company’s hiring processThe ability to use initiativePatience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situationsProfessionalism and an overall positive attitudeAn interest in people and creating a positive work culturePrevious experience within a creative environment is a bonusIn addition to your normal duties, you may be required to undertake other duties at the company’s discretionEU passport or work permitAbility to work on-site in London on a hybrid basisCompany BenefitsHybrid model – 3 days can be worked over 4 – 5 days. Day off cannot be on Fridays. 1 to 2 days in the office. Additional if required for specific meetings.22 days annual leave pro rata (goes up to 25 annual leave days after 2 full years of service + Bank Holidays.
