Human Resources Advisor

I am seeking an immediately available HR Advisor to support a Cambridge based organisation for an interim period

6 months
- possible extension of a further 6 months.
Hourly rate
: £17.85
Hours:
Full-time at 37.5 hours per week
Hybrid:
3 days in the office and 2 days at home
Location:
West Cambridge
This generalist role will see you supporting areas such as Recruitment, Learning & Development and Diversity, Equality and Inclusion, as well as providing guidance on general HR queries from staff.
To be considered, you do need to:
Have HR experience at Advisor level -
Ideally CIPD qualified
Knowledge of UK Employment Law
Experience of managing recruitment campaigns, interviewing and using applicant tracking systems
Experience with Employee Relations Casework
Experience of managing projects related to process improvement.
Proven experience of delivering employee engagement initiatives and supporting change management activities.
Be a strong team player with exceptional communication skills and a proactive approach
