I am seeking an immediately available HR Advisor to support a Cambridge based organisation for an interim periodStart date: As soon as possibleDuration: 6 months - possible extension of a further 6 months.Hourly rate: £17.85Hours: Full-time at 37.5 hours per weekHybrid: 3 days in the office and 2 days at homeLocation: West CambridgeThis generalist role will see you supporting areas such as Recruitment, Learning & Development and Diversity, Equality and Inclusion, as well as providing guidance on general HR queries from staff.To be considered, you do need to:Have HR experience at Advisor level - Ideally CIPD qualifiedKnowledge of UK Employment LawExperience of managing recruitment campaigns, interviewing and using applicant tracking systemsExperience with Employee Relations CaseworkExperience of managing projects related to process improvement.Proven experience of delivering employee engagement initiatives and supporting change management activities.Be a strong team player with exceptional communication skills and a proactive approachIf you're based in Cambridgeshire and available immediately, then apply now - immediate interviews are taking place!
