Are you an experienced HR Advisor open to starting immediately?
We are currently working with a well known Retail brand based in West London, currently hiring for a interim HR Advisor to join the team to support on coaching managers, HR advisory support, employee lifecycle administration and talent acquisition where required.
This role offers hybrid working - 4 days in office and 1 day from home. With the number of exciting projects going on, there could be the opportunity to extend.
Initial duration of contract is 3 months+.
Duties and responsibilities:
Acting as a trusted advisor to Managers and employees
Coaching managers on how to overcome people challenges
Supporting with talent attraction and acquisition across the business
Advising the business on employment law and policy
Being the main point of contract for Employee Lifecycle related queries
