We value independent and creative thinking, outstanding communication skills, exceptional work ethic, genuine team players and leadership potential.Our over 100 strong banking team is supported by a dedicated admin team consisting of Finance, HR, IT and Office Management professionals.Duties & Responsibilities: Being the first point of contact for employees on any basic HR related queriesCreating and maintaining employee recordsUpdating and maintaining the HRIS Becoming the HR system champion – adopting best practice and automating processes where applicableLaunching and collating end of year, mid and end of probation reviews on the HRISPreparing and amending where necessary HR standard documents and templates Assisting in building training and development programmesHelp coordinate recruitment activities including the set-up and management of our intern/graduate hiring processManagement of the employee onboarding process including working with our external pre-employment and immigration partners.Managing the application process of visas for both new hires and current employees, working closely with our Immigration Partner.Cleansing and digitization of People files on our HR Database to ensure that the people data is clean and correctPreparing monthly HR KPI deck and weekly Staffing Heat Map and Hybrid Working reportsWorking with Finance/Payroll to prepare and check monthly payrollPersonal Competencies:Prior experience as a HR Analyst or Administrator is desirable but a passion for people is a mustKnowledge and experience of HRIS/Databases and Strong Microsoft Office experience are essentialStrong organisation and prioritisation skills, detailed orientated Proactive mindset and able to think critically and creativelyCollaborative team playerGood communication skills and the ability to operate across all levels of seniorityDiscreet and able to exercise judgement in sensitive situations
