Job Description
Catalyst are partnering with a leading global investment firm who are looking for a Human Capital Analyst to join their team, based in either Abu Dhabi or London. This role offers the opportunity to work across a variety of products and collaborate with our Global Human Capital team in different offices. The Analyst will be a key contributor to the team, gaining significant exposure to all facets of Human Capital.
Responsibilities:
Data Analytics and Reporting:
Manage job evaluation activities using Hay methodology.
Provide, analyse, and interpret market data for accurate compensation and benefits benchmarking.
Analyse Human Capital data to identify actionable insights on workforce trends, compensation, and benefits.
Develop and maintain Human Capital dashboards with metrics such as turnover rates, employee engagement, and diversity metrics.
Utilise data to support decision-making in recruitment, retention, and employee engagement.
Rewards Management:
Assist in the design, implementation, and management of employee rewards and recognition programs.
Conduct market research to ensure competitive and equitable compensation structures.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of reward programs and suggest improvements.
AI Integration:
Assist in the implementation and utilisation of AI tools for various Human Capital functions, in partnership with IT.
Stay updated on the latest AI trends and their applications in Human Capital.
Provide training and support to Human Capital team members on the use of AI tools.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the Human Capital Leadership Team to understand their data needs and provide the best analytical support.
Assist in the development and implementation of Human Capital projects or initiatives related to data analytics, rewards, and AI.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
BSc in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
Must have Financial Services experience.
Experience with Job Evaluation methodology
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, PowerBI) and ability to create detailed spreadsheets, charts, and presentations.
Advanced knowledge of data analytics software and techniques.
Basic understanding of AI applications in HR.
