Job DescriptionFrazer Jones are partnering with a global and leading investment management firm in their search for a Human Resources Associate to join their dynamic within the Human Resources function on a full-time basis. You will also engage with diverse tasks and projects that span across the EMEA region, providing a broad perspective and significant impact.Primary Functions & Responsibilities:Support Talent Management & HRBPs: Assist with day-to-day HR matters and projects, proactively anticipating HR and business needs to drive results.New Joiner Inductions: Conduct weekly UK & European induction sessions, welcoming and integrating new team members.Visa & Immigration Management: Collaborate with immigration counsel on visa processes, manage Right to Work checks, and stay updated on legislative changes.Onboarding & Offboarding: Facilitate logistics, conduct probation meetings, and manage exit interviews.HR Metrics & Reporting: Utilise HR Metrics reports to generate data insights for leadership and board meetings and handle ad hoc reporting requests.Employee References: Work with the HR Operations team to process employee references and regulated reference requests for former employees.Document Production: Create documents for parental leaves, flexible work arrangements, employment agreements, leaver letters, transfer letters, etc.Employee Relations: Support HRBPs in employee relations cases, including notetaking in investigation meetings and drafting documentation.Workday Management: Oversee Workday processes, including position creation, employee transfers, annual leave adjustments, and document management.Local Requirements Management: Handle local in-country requirements related to leaves and statutory filings across continental Europe.Policy Advising: Advise employees on the application of local policies in line with firm-wide standards.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s Degree required.Experience: 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources, with HR operational experience strongly preferred. Workday experience is a plus.Technical Skills: Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.General RequirementsExceptional time management and prioritization skills, capable of handling multiple complex and time-sensitive priorities.Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to confidently interact with various organizational levels.Highly effective problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, spot trends, and make value-added recommendations.Outstanding attention to detail, highly organized, and process driven.Excellent teamwork ethic and ability to develop strong partnerships with clients and HR.
