With c.100 employees, the Dalkia Group centre has HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal, IT, QSHE and Communications teams supporting our business unit colleagues in these specialisms. We provide technical expertise, governance, policy, guidance and support to the business divisions to provide a high-quality service to their own people and their clients. Roles in the centre work closely with the Executive team to shape and deliver our strategic goals but also partner with the business functions to embed the values, behaviours and strategic ambitions. Responsibilities : As our Human Resources BP, you will: Working closely with senior leaders in the Group Centre to provide HR support and guidance on all people policies and processes. Manage generalist HR activities related to the Group teams including, but not limited to recruitment, induction, performance management, succession planning sickness / absence monitoring, exit interviews. Support in the resolution of complex employee relations issues and address grievances. Monitor the Group Induction Programme for new starters to ensure that it is being carried out to consistent standards. Build positive working relationships with key stakeholders in Group and across the wider Dalkia UK business. Assist the Group Head of HR and Group HR Director in creating a functional grading structure to ensure consistency across the business. Support the annual pay review process. Manage pay benchmarking activities to ensure we are in line with the market. Assist on any Employee engagement activity and initiatives taking place. Support the Head of HR and Group HR Director with the governance and oversight of the Group Centre bonus schemes. Support the Head of Talent and Development in the identification, roll out and monitoring of career development and training requirements for Group Centre. Support the Group Head of HR and Group HR Director with the implementation of people projects e.g. ED&I, MHR project, benefits review. Monitor and manage with the HR and L&D Advisor information flow to payroll in respect of new employees to Group Centre, changes to terms and conditions and resignations to ensure compliance and governance with delegated authority levels. Assist on any TUPE process, supplying and obtaining relevant information, carry out consultation as required and effecting TUPE transfers. Manage and monitor the sickness absence across the Group Centre and advise Line Managers accordingly. Manage Occupational Health referrals as required. Ensure that all HR Policies and Procedures are followed consistently across the Group Centre and in accordance with HR Group Standards. Encourage, support and drive talent management and succession planning for Dalkia Group. Support the delivery of the employee engagement action plans across the Group Centre to improve employee satisfaction and engagement levels. To carry out any reasonable activities requested of them. Excellent stakeholder and client engagement skills. Analytical and goal orientated. Demonstrable experience of using HR metrics to drive decision making. Comprehensive knowledge of employment law and employee relations activities. BS degree in Human Resources or related field MUST have working experience of iTrent HR system
