This is a fully remote working position based anywhere in the UK. We are delighted to continue our long established partnership with our highly successful client already a prominent global organisation in their sector as they grow their team in the USA. Reporting to the HR Manager in the UK, and supporting key stakeholders in the USA, you will be responsible for day to day HRBP activities. Key priorities will be:
Work collaboratively with key stakeholders, providing support and advice on a range of HR issues
Develop and manage relationships with 3 rd party providers to ensure all managed processes are compliant with USA law ie contracts of employment, policies, pre-screening checks
Work collaboratively with the Executive Principal in the USA to ensure all resourcing plans are implemented timely and are compliant with USA law
In addition, the successful candidate with have experience of managing UK and APAC processes which include:
Provide guidance, coaching and support to managers on HR and employee issues
Manage a range of complex HR and ER issues as well as escalated cases
Monitor, review and update all HR policies
Lead business wise HR projects and initiatives
Contribute to continuous improvement of HR systems and practices
Advise and assist with policies, procedures and legislation
Coordinate and support talent mapping and succession planning processes
Drive Staff engagement 3rd party engagement with UK, APAC and USA employment lawyers, service providers, occupational health and HR systems support
Support monthly payroll processes
Support and coordinate annual salary reviews
The successful candidate will have:
CIPD Level 5
Extensive generalist HR experience, ideally in a regulated environment
Good understanding and knowledge of employment law in the UK, APAC and USA
Enjoys working in a fast paced, constantly changing environment
Enjoys being hands-on while at the same time supporting strategic initiatives
Enhanced DBS clearance
Personable with relationship building capability across all levels
Highly IT literate with knowledge of HR systems
High level of attention to detail, data accuracy, highly organised
