Job DescriptionJob Title: HR Business PartnerLocation: London with travelSalary: Up to £60,000 plus £5k car allowance and bonus schemeWe are currently working for a leading FM company to recruit for their next HR Business Partner.Essential Skills:Ability to quickly build solid relationships with managers in each business unit to establish trust and confidence.Consultative influencing style to assist line managers in implementing policies and procedures.Ability to deliver a reactive service while operating proactively.Effective planning and organisation of workload.Persuasive and effective communication.Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly commercial environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Numerate and computer literate.Comfortable working with data and MI, including regular auditing for accuracy.Knowledge:Knowledge of coaching models and their implementation.Up-to-date employment legislation knowledge.Intelligent risk analysis with a solutions focus.Desirable Knowledge:Experience in implementing workplace planning.Experience working in a Global organisation.Experience:CIPD Qualified or equivalent.Operational HR experience at manager level.Extensive experience in dealing with disciplinary and grievance matters with comprehensive knowledge of employment law and its application in business.Strong Generalist HR experience in a commercial environment.Senior-level recruitment experience.Experience working with, presenting to, and influencing senior managers.Experience or knowledge of TUPE.Strong attention to detail.Ability to work with ambiguity.
