HAIL Partners is working with a global Private Equity firm based in London. They are seeking a HR Business Partner to join their HR team.
The ideal candidate is someone who is well-versed in all BP duties including ER, onboarding/offboarding, recruitment, performance management, L&D and organsational design. The role will be working in a team of BPs and reporting into the Head of HR.
Responsibilities:
Manage assigned client group.
Support overall BP lifecycle.
Deliver on strategic HR projects.
Oversight of HR Associate in the team.
Supporting managers through performance management processes.
Build and nurture relationships across the business.
Requirements:
8+ years Financial Services HR background
Strong experience in a HR Business Partner capacity
Employment Law knowledge
End-to-end process management
Strong analytical skills
