Job Description Spirehouse are currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner on behalf of a Multi-Academy Trust.
The Opportunity
The successful candidate will lead the development and operation of the HR function for a number of schools within the Trust.
This is a generalist HR role, developing HR policies & procedures, utilsing previous experience on TUPE regulations, assisting on complex ER casework and various change management initiatives.
Alongside this, there will be a responsibility to support the senior leadership team and leaders within the individual schools.
