With a flexible 4-day work week and the opportunity to lead on a global scale, this is your chance to make a real impactApply now to join our journey of innovation and growth!" :Key Responsibilities:Lead the HR function, including onboarding, training, and inspiring team members.Drive national and international talent acquisition, workforce planning, and succession planning.Ensure HR processes are efficient, GDPR compliant, and aligned with ISO/H& S standards.Lead employee engagement initiatives and strengthen employer branding.Provide strategic HR advice to the senior leadership team to meet business goals.Oversee employee relations, grievances, disciplinaries, and ensure compliance with UK/EU/US employment laws.Manage the entire recruitment process and drive direct hiring methods.Create and manage HR reports and metrics to support strategic decision-making.Oversee the HR budget, ensuring alignment with training and operational needs.Qualifications & Experience:8+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HR leadership role.Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and organisational development.Experience creating international recruitment channels, ideally in Germany, US and the UK.Proactive in improving recruitment and finding suitable high calibre candidates for all sectors within the agency in Germany, US and the UK.Strong leadership experience, managing HR in a company of 70+ employees.Excellent communication and project management skills.Solid knowledge of employment law and ability to handle sensitive HR matters.Experience in employee engagement and delivering training is highly desirable.Attributes:High level of integrity, confidentiality, and ethical conduct.A proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments."
