Human Resources (HRBP) - Head of Learning & Development - Hedge Fund – Excellent comp package

A major Hedge Fund is looking to make a newly created HR Business Partner level hire. The HRBP will take ownership of Learning & Development for the firm globally, with full autonomy to direct the firm/senior management across major new initiatives that you will implement. The remit extends to being heavily involved in broader HR generalist tasks such as Reward, Performance Management, HR reporting, branding, etc. Candidates should have 5-10 years of HR experience, ideally in financial services. Candidates must have proven skills running Learning & Development programs. The client will be looking for good academics, qualifications, and excellent tech skills. The role will offer the successful candidates an attractive uplift on base salary and a large percentage of this number as a bonus for high performers.
