Job DescriptionHR Manager Location: LondonReports to: CEOUp to 70k My client is a global business with a cluster of different entities, they are starting a UK operation and they require a HR Manager to manage and be responsible for all people related matters. The role will be a stand alone generalist reporting to the CEO. Key Responsibilities:Oversee all HR functions across subsidiary companies.Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes.Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.Coordinate training and development programs.Administer payroll and benefits.Maintain HR records and reports.Requirements:Proven experience in a similar HR role.Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Relevant HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) preferred.
