HR ManagerGlobal Investment ManagerHybridFidarsi are delighted to be partnering with a Global Investment Manager based in Central London, who are recruiting for a HR Manager to partner with the organisation on strategic initiatives and daily operations, reporting into the Head of HR. This is a full-time position paying c£60k, the exact compensation may vary based on experience, hybrid working available, and the start date is as soon as possible, subject to notice.Duties will include (but are not limited to):Working closely with the Head of HR on HR best practicesDeveloping, implementing, and monitoring HR strategies and initiativesOverseeing the recruitment and onboarding processProviding guidance around employee relations, addressing employee concerns, sicknesses, and grievancesAdministering and reviewing compensation and benefits programsEnsure compliant with all employment laws and regulations.Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.Conduct regular audits of HR practices Identifying training needs, working closely with the T&C teamSkills, knowledge and expertise required:Longstanding career in HR strategy and operations.Has worked within financial services/investment managementExperience of working within a fast-paced environment.CIPD qualified preferred.
