ul li HR Manager /li li Global Investment Manager /li li Hybrid /li /ul p Fidarsi are delighted to be partnering with a Global Investment Manager based in Central London, who are recruiting for a HR Manager to partner with the organisation on strategic initiatives and daily operations, reporting into the Head of HR. /p br Ensure all your application information is up to date and in order before applying for this opportunity. br p This is a full-time position paying c£60k, the exact compensation may vary based on experience strong , /strong hybrid working available, and the start date is as soon as possible, subject to notice. /p p strong Duties will include (but are not limited to): /strong /p ul li Working closely with the Head of HR on HR best practices /li li Developing, implementing, and monitoring HR strategies and initiatives /li li Overseeing the recruitment and onboarding process /li li Providing guidance around employee relations, addressing employee concerns, sicknesses, and grievances /li li Administering and reviewing compensation and benefits programs /li li Ensure compliant with all employment laws and regulations. /li li Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures. /li li Conduct regular audits of HR practices /li li Identifying training needs, working closely with the T&C team /li /ul p strong Skills, knowledge and expertise required: /strong /p ul li Longstanding career in HR strategy and operations. /li li Has worked within financial services/investment management /li li Experience of working within a fast-paced environment. /li li CIPD qualified preferred. /li /ul
