About the Company:
Neon Search are exclusively partnered with a global brand in search of a People & Culture Manager based in London. You will manage the day-to-day HR operations while developing people initiatives that align with the brands culture and business strategy. Alongside this you will be an ambassador of their values, ensuring that their workforce remains engaged, motivated, and recognised.
About the Role:
Ensure high levels of employee engagement by promoting the unique culture.
Provide HR guidance and coaching for UK & EMEA employees, including Employee Relations, compliance, and employment law updates.
Manage and enhance HR processes, from performance reviews to recruitment and HRIS management.
Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure seamless recruitment that reflects our values.
Oversee the development of a benefits and wellness program, budget tracking, and international payroll processing.
Collaborate on company strategy, support culture initiatives, and manage diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
Lead the People & Culture Assistant, offering mentoring and professional development.
Skills & Experience:
Proven HR experience, preferably in a luxury brand.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Experience in people strategy, recruitment, learning & development, and organisational design.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems (experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus).
