HR Manager Cheshire West ManufacturingSalary circa £50k - £60k dependant on experience + enhanced company package Delve are working exclusively for one of our key customers who are a well established manufacturing business that design, manufacture and install high tech, high value equipment into a variety of sectors across the globe. They are on a continued growth path and now looking to add a HR Manager to the structure with a strong focus on the culture of the business. RoleThe role reports in the Op's Director and has a strong people focus and i s a sole HR role. They have a great work force so you won't be getting involved in grievances day to day, this is more to embed a positive culture in relation to training and development of the employees, succession planning, appraisal process, new systems, general wellbeing alongside day to day tasks like updating the handbook, policiesThis is a really exciting role for someone who wants to come in and really make a difference to a growing company! Person qualitiesIn a nutshell they are looking for:- People focussed HR professional- Manufacturing/engineering company experience- CIPD is preferred but not essential- Strong at coaching, developing both the leadership management Directors right through to the employees on the shop floor- Strong character and interpersonal influencing skills in relation to implementing change - Good multi-tasker - Hands on mentality, happy to do admin right through to driving strategy- Likes to be visible on site to build up relationships internally - Commutable to site in Northwich Future potentialLooking forwards, due to the growth of the business this role has genuine scope to develop into building a HR team around you with HR Assistants etc, so would appeal to those who have aspirations in the future to develop your HR career with a growing SME.
