ICICI Bank UK PLC offers a range of personal, business, corporate and investment banking services in the UK and Europe.Job Purpose:To plan, maintain and manage human resource related activities in order to ensure greater efficiency and effectiveness as well as increased level of satisfaction among the employees.Area of ResponsibilityRecruitment – Arranging interviews, offer letter preparation, joining formalities completion, reference check, and employee id creation for new joiners.Maintaining training records, analysing training feedback.Maintaining employee records, files, leave record, confirmations, contract extensions and monitoring HRMS with respect to muster, leave, reporting authority.Compensation – Preparing UK payroll file, tracking ESOS tax, checking payroll recording, BACS instruction, preparing salary reports, ensuring PAYE and NI payments, maintaining Germany payroll filing, handling payroll queries.Reports –Preparing data for various reports eg-P11D, PSA, Form 42Exit clearance – ensure that clearances are complete, ensure Id deletion call are logged and completion of relieving formalities.Maintenance of MIS – employee data, attrition list, Leave data.Immigration – tracking visa expiry and ensuring visa applications are submitted in time for seconded employeesInvoice verifications and submissions to accounts payableFiling and record maintenanceUndertake Projects assigned by supervisorQualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources/Master of Business AdministrationFunctional SkillsKnowledge of HR processes and systemsPeople soft access and maintenance skillExcel and word skillsPayrollData analysisBehavioural SkillsPlanning and organising skillsMultitasking skillsCommunication skillsInterpersonal skills
