The HR Manager role presents a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join a successful, 70-person and growing PR company where they will be immersed in a range of HR activities and projects, with a particular focus on Talent Acquisition and Talent Development.Reporting to our Head of HR and working with our HR Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for the attraction and development of our greatest asset, our people, and day-to-day HR operations. By understanding the people, processes, and industry that we work with every day, our HR team makes a real impact on our business.The right candidate will have prior HR experience in a fast-paced environment, a professional and can-do attitude and be a self- starter who enjoys working in a team.About the roleRecruitmentOwn the entire recruitment process to deliver on the goal of attracting and hiring best-in-class talent across all aspects of the business.Broaden the candidate pipeline to ensure the company is accessing and attracting an increasingly diverse mix of industry talent.Champion the LinkedIn Recruiter License for all recruitment efforts. Leverage other sources where necessary incl. recruitment agencies, employee referrals, social media, job boards etc.Develop approaches that lead to a positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle.Champion the Black Book (Head Hunting) strategy and bring candidates and LCA leaders together through this effort.Liaise between recruitment agencies and LCA for third-party recruitment.Follow-up with Recruitment agencies on regular basis to ensure a streamlined process.Coordinate all stages and logistics of the recruitment process from screening call to final interview (virtual and in-person).Manage and optimize recruitment budget and invoicing process. TrainingIn collaboration with the Head of HR, implement and manage a robust training and development programme, blending customized in-house content delivery and external expertise and perspectives.Manage entire training process; booking, benchmarking, budgeting and post training surveying with employees. Assess opportunities to transform personal training into cost effective training opportunities for the extended team. HR GeneralServe as a key thought partner to the Head of Human Resources in strategic and operational decisions across the HR function. Manage the day-to-day operational HR activities, including (but not limited to) Onboarding, Contract management, Training, Performance Reviews, Offboarding.Together with the HR team, manage HR initiatives incl. employee events, reward / recognition, benefits etc. Work with the HR team on all employee enquiries, adhering to HR policies and procedures. Manage competitor analysis on a monthly basis.
About youYou must have at least 4 years of overall experience in HR.You must have at least 2 years of experience in managing recruitment (all levels), with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter Lite or License as a primary source of recruitment.You are familiarised with Behavioural Interviewing as a primary method for recruitment.You are people oriented and results driven.Candidate experience is a known concept for you and you live by it as a recruiter.Ability to thrive in a busy office, work constructively to support the wider team and help find solutions to HR issues.Knowledge of HR systems and databases (Personio would be an advantage).You can be trusted with sensitive information about staff and candidates.You are a people person and enjoy finding solutions and assisting your colleagues.Nice to have: you come from the agency world (similar in size and structure to ours).Preferably CIPD qualified.You find yourself doing your best work when being part of a team!
